Falke Biomass Industry Report

Full Biomass Report: US$ 995
Renewable sources in Brazil currently represent around 36% of the country’s energy matrix although biomass is still a mere 9% thereof. Among biomass feedstock types, the use of sugarcane bagasse is expected to increase further and there is considerable room for growth. Revenue from renewable sources is expected to grow +44% between 2016 and 2026 with predominant share of solar energy. Nevertheless, the greatest unexplored potential seems to be in biomass, estimated in 129 TWh including bagasse and straw, and experts agree that there is wider potential for broader supply of bioelectricity in Brazil.

This report discusses the subject segment of biomass and renewable energy sources, its main products and segments, market share and potential according to consumer and fuel type as well as other analyses.
